So those of you who know me...know that I am not the most knowledgeable person when it comes to the sports scene. Okay, honestly...I just learned the rules of football since meeting my husband. But I really try to support his interests and get excited with him occasionally. That's why my Christmas present to Nathan this year was a pair of tickets to a University of Louisville vs. Marquette basketball game. We went this past Saturday and had a blast.
My friend Amanda got us tickets in the student section, so we were right in the middle of all the action. :)
I went on Amanda's recommendation in picking the game...and we got really lucky. The game was so intense. Cardinals were down by 18 with only like 5 minutes to go...and wound up coming back to win the game. It was thrilling, even for a non-sports fan like myself. I loved watching my husband get so into it. The guy sitting next to us was worried the exciting ending was going to put me into labor...but I didn't get that lucky. :)
