introducing...

Gracen Lacrosse!

Okay, so none of my close-up shots of Gracen turned out. :(  But you can see even from these shots that she is BEAUTIFUL.  Seriously.  And I don't usually say that about newborns...

Look at all that black hair!  Who would have thought?!

I actually got some great family shots of Gracen with her mom and dad, but her mom (Nathan's sister, Liz) is crazy and doesn't think she looked good after having just given birth.  Let me tell you...she looked amazing.  And like 5 days after the birth, I couldn't even tell she had been pregnant.  Not kidding.  I was trying hard to rejoice with her rather than turning green with envy.  Do you remember this?

Yep.  If not for the baby in the bassinet, one would think I was having contractions.  I wonder if the nurses were whispering among themselves, "Are you sure we got everything out?  Is there another baby in there?"

Anyway.

Silas is already enamoured with his FIRST first cousin.

I loooove this video.  Notice how it took both Dad and Gjyshja to hold him back.

I love the name Gracen Lacrosse...Lacrosse actually means "the Cross," so her name proclaims the gospel with every syllable!

I'm so excited for Silas to have a little cousin to play with...Gracen, we love you already and can't wait to see you again soon!
