aunt lisa & six month pictures...

We spent a super fun weekend with Nathan's sister, Lisa! Friday night we went to Widow's Walk Creamery for some delicious treats. Here is the Creamery:

Here are some pictures of us sitting down by the riverbank after we ate our ice cream.

Lisa was gracious enough to take lots of pictures of Silas while she was here. Many of them we will use for his official "six month" pictures, even though it was a little early. A few of our favorites are below; you can find the rest at lugbillfamily.shutterfly.com . Family, you can order prints directly from that site. Enjoy!

Saturday night we treated ourselves to dinner at Ramsi's Cafe, a really unique place that served dishes from around the world. Below are the goat cheese-filled dates we had for ourappetizer. Yum!

We all agreed that Lisa made the best choice. Salmon, cream cheese, and capers, with potato latkes on the side.

I finally caved and bought a high chair for Silas. I've really been dragging my heels with this whole transition to solid foods...But here he is, practicing sitting in the high chair during lunch.

I discovered that Silas can temporarily sit up with the help of the Boppy. Proof below.
