a day with the lugbills

Motherhood continues to be a joy. Silas has dropped to 6 feedings now and is sleeping 8 1/2 hours at night on average. I thought I'd give you an idea of a typical day in the Lugbill household...(Kim, I loved it when you did this on your blog!)

6:30 am: I get up, go running, and take a shower.

7:30 am: Silas eats breakfast while I read some Scripture.

8:00 am: Nathan and I eat breakfast, talk over the passage, and pray together while Silas sits in the infant seat or on our laps.

8:30 am: Nathan goes to work. Silas goes back to bed. I finish getting ready for the day, get my coffee, and do some work for the CCCU on my laptop.

10:00 am: Silas eats brunch.

10:30 am: Wake time! This may include a bath, singing with Mommy, or playing with his new floor gym.

11:30 am: Silas goes back to bed. I do some more work on the laptop.

12:00 pm: Nathan comes home for lunch, or Silas and I meet a friend for lunch.

1:00 pm: Silas eats lunch.

1:30 pm: More wake time!

2:30 pm: Silas naps again. I finish my work and do what I can around the house: laundry, cleaning, cooking, etc.

4:00 pm: Silas eats his afternoon snack.

4:30 pm: Walk in the stroller with CHBC friend Meredith. Silas falls asleep.

5:30 pm: Nathan gets home; we eat dinner.

7:00 pm: Silas eats dinner.

7:30 pm: Family time! This could include hanging out with another couple, taking a walk, reading, or just "playing".

8:30 pm: Silas goes back to bed. Mom and Dad get some alone time. :)

9:30 pm: Silas has his dream feed and goes right back to bed.

10:30ish pm: We go to bed.
